AD 2000

The AD2000 Automatic door system has been designed and manufactured in Australia by Trimec Technology for retrofitting to existing single & bi-parting fire rated sliding doors or gates.

The AD2000 system will even operate in the event of a mains power failure via a battery powered system and has been designed to be effective for up to 24 hours without power in standby mode.

The AD2000 electronics, battery and the mechanical system are automatically tested and monitored every 25 minutes.

Features

• Unique Self Programming System
  Simply move the door from open to closed position.
  
  
• Suitable For Sliding Doors/Gates
  Suitable for doors/gates weighing 200kg to 2000kg or with a max pull resistance for up to 440 N (100 lbsl)
  
  
• Fire Door Control System
  Compatible with new or existing fire systems -”door normally open”.
  
  
• Access Control System (via optional plug-in PCB)
  In Access Control Mode (door normally closed) any connected locks are turned off in the event of fire, to allow free egress.
  
  
• Conveniently Supplied In Kit Form
  3 box kit (as shown). Installation involves no trailing cables!
  
  
• Retrofit
  To new or existing sliding doors. Adaptor plates enable quick installation.
  
  
• Obstruction Sensing
  If the door encounters an obstruction whilst closing, the door will retract and attempt to reclose. After 6 attempts the door will park and the controller will send a signal that the door failed to close.
  
  
• Full Automatic Self Test Every 25 Minutes
  Door moves back and forth 25mm every 25 minutes to check battery, electrical and mechanical system.
  
  
• Key Override
  For fire door services, key open or close.
  
  
• Audible Alarm and Strobe Light Outputs
  
  
• Movement Detector Inputs
  Apply to both, fire and access systems.
